Oops! Something Not Right?
Let's figure it out together:
Troubleshooting
For Indoor & Outdoor Monitors
Sees the Network but Won’t Connect?
Are all lights on the Indoor Monitor red or is the Outdoor Monitor’s LED blinking rapidly? Looks like your network admin might be blocking us. Have a quick chat with your IT crew and pass them the device’s MAC address or serial number.
QR Code Being Stubborn?
If your phone refuses to scan the QR code on the device, try a different phone — maybe swipe one from a family member or a buddy for just a sec. You only need it to hook up the Monitor to your Wi-Fi.
No Wi-Fi Signal from Device?
Hmm, that’s odd. If you can’t see the device’s Wi-Fi, reach out for assistance using the contact info on page 1.
Missing Wi-Fi Network?
The device is not seeing your Wi-Fi? It might be hiding on the 5G band or using a funky encryption. Flip your router to the 2.4G channel and let’s try that.

Pick a Spot to Park Your Monitor for the Next Month
Air quality varies—it changes from weekdays to weekends, on holidays, with the weather, through the seasons, and as your city evolves. That’s why continuous monitoring is crucial.
To give you accurate data and helpful tips on boosting your air quality, let’s monitor consistently for at least a month. Choose a spot for your monitor and remember, once it’s placed, try not to move it. And yes, keep it plugged in!
Finding the Ideal Spot for Your Indoor Monitor
Step 4

Ideal Height:
Between 150cm-250cm from the floor.
Optimal Airflow:
Ensure free airflow around the monitor. Regularly check that there is nothing obstructing the sensor openings or air vents.
Room Placement:
Central location, at least 2.5 meters away from direct airflow from windows, doors, or vents.
Specific Wall-Mounting Considerations
Ensure the wall does not heat up: this can result in distorted temperature readings. Keep it at least 90cm away from any AC or ventilation outlets.
Finding the Ideal Spot for Your Indoor Monitor
Step 4
Avoid Direct Sunlight and Heat Sources:
Keep it away from sunlight and heat sources like stoves or radiators.
Away from Pollution and Moisture:
Avoid places near ovens and high-moisture areas like bathrooms.
On-Desk Mounting:
Attach the provided feet to the bottom air intake slots for proper elevation and airflow.
Make sure there’s enough space around the device — especially above it.

Step 4
Physical Protection:
Protect the device from physical shocks and ensure it’s not in a high-traffic area
Cable Management:
Handle the cable carefully to prevent damage. Keep it away from children and pets.
Electric Safety:
Keep the device plugged into the same dedicated socket to ensure stable power. Avoid USB ports from computers.
Indoor Use Only:
Install the device where it meets specified temperature and humidity levels (0 to +45°C and 0% to 95% humidity).
Choosing the Right Location for Your Outdoor Monitor
Step 5

Skip if you don’t have an outdoor sensor
Ideal Height:
Mount the monitor 150-250cm from the floor to avoid interference from ground-level dust and debris.
Proper Orientation:
Make sure the blue vent faces downwards to ensure unobstructed airflow and element protection.
Location Options:
A balcony or just outside a window are great choices. These spots are easy to reach yet still open to the fresh air, perfect for accurate outdoor readings.
Clear of Doors, Windows, and AC Units:
Ensure the monitor is at least 90cm away from doors, windows, and AC units to avoid picking up escaping indoor pollutants.
Finding the Perfect Spot for Your Outdoor Monitor
Step 5
Skip if you don’t have an outdoor sensor
Away from Pollution Sources:
Steer clear of direct sources like barbecues, chimneys, or heavily trafficked roads to prevent local emissions from affecting your data.
Sun Exposure:
Keep the sensor out of direct sunlight to prevent overheating and inaccurate temperature readings. If possible, find a spot that’s naturally shaded or create some shelter for the device.
These tips will ensure your outdoor monitor is well-placed for reliable and precise data to keep you informed about the outdoor environment.
Maintaining Power: Your monitor requires a constant power source and a Wi-Fi connection. Use the include 4-meter cable, and, if more cable is needed, choose a cable that’s rated for outdoor use and water-resistant.
Power and Connectivity:
Place the monitor in an area with good natural airflow to avoid stagnant air zones.
Air Flow Considerations:
Step 5
Skip if you don’t have an outdoor sensor
