This Privacy Policy (hereinafter "Policy") applies to all information that Airvoice Corp. (919 North Market Street, Suite 950, Wilmington, DE 18901) (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") may receive from Internet users when they use the Services available online at airvoice.global, and applications Airvoice.Indoor, Airvoice.City, Airvoice.Industry, and Airvoice.Global. Using the Operator's Service signifies the user's unconditional consent to this Policy and the terms of processing their personal information specified herein. If a user disagrees with these terms, they should refrain from using the Service.
  1. PERSONAL USER INFORMATION, WHICH IS RECEIVED AND PROCESSED BY AIRVOICE CORP.

1.1.2 Personal information regarding third parties that the User provides during the use of the Service.

1.2. This Policy is exclusively applicable to the Service. The Operator neither controls nor holds responsibility for third-party websites which the User might access via links available within the Service. Such websites may gather or request distinct personal information from the User, and different activities might be carried out on these sites.
1.3. The Operator does not ascertain the accuracy of personal information provided by Users, nor does it oversee their legal competence. Nonetheless, the Operator presumes that the User offers accurate, sufficient personal information as necessitated by the Service, maintains this information current, and possesses full legal capacity.
2. PURPOSES OF COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF USERS' PERSONAL INFORMATION

3. TERMS OF PROCESSING OF USER’S PERSONAL INFORMATION AND ITS TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES

3.1 The Operator stores personal information of Users in accordance with the internal regulations of the Service.

3.2 The User’s personal information is kept confidential, except when the User voluntarily provides information about himself/herself for public access to an unlimited number of parties.

3.3 The Operator has the right to transfer the User's personal information to third parties in the following cases:

3.3.1 The User has expressed their consent to transfer data to the Operator's partners when such transfer is essential for the User's utilization of a specific Service or for delivering a service to the User.
3.3.2 As required by the laws of the United Kingdom or other applicable laws.
3.3.3 During the Operator's restructuring, sale, or partial/complete activity transfer, wherein the acquirer commits to uphold the terms of this Policy concerning the personal information of Users;
3.3.4 To protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator or third parties when the User breaches the User Agreement or any other related agreements.
4. MEASURES TO PROTECT USERS PERSONAL INFORMATION

4.1 The Operator adopts necessary and adequate organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and other illicit actions by third parties. The Operator implements the following organizational and technical safeguards:

  • Designating individuals from the Operator's staff who are responsible for overseeing the processing and protection of personal data;
  • Restricting the number of individuals with access to personal data and ensuring their acquaintance with federal legislative requirements and the Operator's regulatory documents on the processing and safeguarding of personal data;
  • Organizing the monitoring, storing, and circulation of data storage media;
  • Identifying threats to the security of personal data during its processing and creating threat models based on these identified threats;
  • Establishing a system for personal data protection derived from the threat model;
  • Assessing the preparedness and efficiency of information security tools in use;
  • Regulating user access to information resources and software for data processing;
  • Setting up access controls to the Company's premises, safeguarding areas with technical means for processing personal data;
  • Implementing encryption and security protocols: utilizing technical and organizational security methods, including encryption and authentication tools, to ensure the secure storage of personal data. The Operator defends personal data via secured networks, granting limited access to authorized individuals. The Operator regularly creates backups of personal data;
  • Storing personal data collected or produced (processed) during the functioning of the Operator's websites and apps. This data is retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes it was gathered for unless a different duration is mandated by law.
5. CHANGES AND GOVERNING LAW

5.1 The Operator reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy. When updates are made to the current version, the date of the latest revision should be specified. Any new version of the Policy becomes effective from the time of its publication unless stated otherwise within the updated Policy.

5.2 The Privacy Policy and any relationship between the User and the Operator related to the application of this Policy are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
