Airvoice at CEM 2025 Slovenia: European Emissions Community Explores Air Quality Modeling and Source Attribution Tools

2025-10-06 20:22
Airvoice participated in CEM (Continuous Emissions Monitoring) 2025 in Ljubljana, Slovenia, from September 24 to 26, 2025. Now in its 16th edition, CEM is one of Europe's leading forums for emissions and air quality monitoring, bringing together industry professionals, environmental authorities, manufacturers, and researchers to address regulatory compliance, emerging pollutants, and net zero pathways.

We presented our air quality management solutions for industries, cities, and buildings, with particular focus on two capabilities: Airvoice.Plume for dispersion trajectory modeling and Airvoice.Insights for pollution source attribution. These modeling tools work alongside our ambient air quality monitoring platform to provide operators with both real-time data and the analytical depth needed for strategic environmental planning. We also showcased Airvoice.Indoor for workplace air quality monitoring — a natural complement for industrial operators already focused on environmental responsibility and employee wellbeing.

European regulations increasingly require transparency. Airvoice platforms are built to deliver it

Industries and municipalities across Europe face growing requirements to demonstrate environmental accountability and regulatory compliance. Our solutions respond to this need by providing verifiable, traceable air quality data and analysis.

The platform architecture supports frameworks such as the EU Ambient Air Quality Directive (2008/50/EC), helping organizations move from reactive incident management toward strategic planning. Beyond immediate response, the system enables users to incorporate environmental parameters into long-term decision-making, anticipate operational challenges, and evaluate mitigation measures with greater precision.

The event confirmed strong interest in integrated monitoring and modeling partnerships

"We met many potential partners at CEM 2025, including sensor manufacturers who lack modeling tools," said Danila Maglitsov, Chief Product Officer at Airvoice. "The response to our software was overwhelmingly positive. We had unexpected conversations about collaboration opportunities around the world, and venue managers were genuinely excited to see their excellent air quality validated through our live demonstrations. We're looking forward to joint projects that combine best-in-class hardware with advanced analytics."
Over three days, conversations confirmed several key hypotheses about market needs and opened pathways to new research collaborations and client projects across the emissions monitoring community.

Solutions presented at CEM 2025

Airvoice.Plume & Insights is a modeling and forecasting toolkit that simulates how pollutants disperse from emission sources, accounting for meteorological conditions, terrain features, and source characteristics. It generates advance forecasts, attributes pollution to specific sources, and runs scenario models, helping industrial operators and city planners make informed decisions during unfavorable weather conditions or operational planning.
