Newsletter #7 | October 16, 2025
Air quality data isn’t just numbers. It’s sensitive information that means different things to different people. A building owner might look for a high-level compliance overview, while an engineer needs sensor-level detail to fine-tune system performance. An employee simply wants reassurance that the air they breathe is healthy. Structuring access to this information in the right way is what makes air quality management truly effective.
In this issue, we take a closer look at how Airvoice.Indoor is organized to make that possible, enabling teams to navigate easily, manage access across sites, and stay confident in every decision. We also share highlights from our participation in CEM 2025 in Slovenia, where Airvoice solutions attracted strong attention from Europe’s emissions and air quality community.

Navigating Airvoice.Indoor: Workspaces, Roles, and Access Made Simple
On the Airvoice.Indoor Platform, everything is structured to make navigation straightforward. Whether you manage a single office or a network of sites, the platform is organized so that you always know where you are, what you’re looking at, and what tools are available.
Understanding Workspaces
A workspace is the foundation of your experience on Airvoice.Indoor. Each workspace represents a building, facility, or group of rooms and contains everything related to that space — floor plans, sensor data, reports, and displays. Companies can create multiple workspaces to manage sites or projects, all grouped under a Company Space to keep data structured and permissions clear.
This structure ensures that every user, from engineers to senior managers, sees exactly the information relevant to them — without clutter or confusion.

Roles and the Admin Panel
Every user is assigned a role, such as Engineer, Admin, or Viewer, which defines what data they see and what actions they can take. This role-based approach keeps information secure and ensures each team member works with the tools they need.
For organizations that operate at scale, the Admin Panel provides centralized management across the entire Company Space. Company Managers oversee all workspaces, while Workspace Administrators configure only their assigned environments. Even Viewer roles can be restricted to specific rooms, so access is precise and secure. From a single hub, administrators can configure building layouts, assign devices, set index thresholds, and manage users.

Navigation in Practice
Once inside, moving between views is designed to be effortless:
- Switch between the main User Interface, the Admin Panel, and (for partners) the Partner Hub.
- Move between companies and workspaces instantly, with roles clearly displayed next to each workspace name.
- Access your profile and settings with one click in the top-right corner.
By grouping tools logically and presenting clear, role-based views, Airvoice.Indoor reduces time spent searching through menus and maximizes focus on what matters, understanding and improving indoor air quality.
The Value for You
With intuitive navigation, clearly defined workspaces, and a consolidated Admin Panel, Airvoice.Indoor makes even complex, multi-site monitoring straightforward. The result is clarity, control, and confidence, whether you’re managing a single building or coordinating across an entire organization, with healthier environments and compliance built in.

Airvoice at CEM 2025 in Slovenia
Airvoice took part in CEM 2025 (Continuous Emissions Monitoring), held in Ljubljana, Slovenia — one of Europe’s key forums for emissions and air quality management. We presented our integrated monitoring and modeling solutions for industries, cities, and buildings, including Airvoice.Plume for pollutant dispersion modeling, Airvoice.Insights for source attribution, and Airvoice.Indoor for workplace air quality improvement. The event confirmed a strong and growing demand for transparent, data-driven environmental solutions — and Airvoice is ready to deliver them. Our software suite combines real-time monitoring with advanced analytics and forecasting models to help organizations move from reactive incident response to strategic, verifiable, and compliant air quality management.
